These higher price points lower your competition as the newbies and those without such capital are eliminated.You can also market to absentee owners and use a value price point in your title criteria to only pull the expensive homes, then direct market to them.You can also tell every agent on the planet what you do and who you are and that you are looking for such deals.

We are all very special, every human on this planet is so special, so aren't we all deserving of something better, of using our minds for innovation, rather than memorization, for creativity, rather than futile activity, for rumination rather than stagnation?

The good part is that if the company does need to take it to the studs they take care of the proper disposal of toxic waste.
