If you can't maintain your rent and save, get a cheaper place.When it comes to cars, I don't believe you'll find much sympathy here in regards to new cars - there is a very extensive thread here on BP on the subject, and the overwhelming majority have paid cash for inexpensive, functional vehicles (Our car, recently purchased, is a 2005 Kia Sportage with 60k miles, paid $5,600 cash).
