If you are priced well and the condition is great barring there is not a ton of supply, then you will sell quickly!  

It is up to you to accept it, ignore it, or whatever else you want to do with the fact that what you are doing is not correct.What you do with that info is up to you.Don't come here challenging me to prove it.

Tahoe isn't ideal right now as the local community is vehemently anti-Airbnb and the permitting system is challenging to navigate.
