stephen -------------Thats easy to remedy , have the bathroom light wired along with the service switch , she turns off the furnace at the switch , she has no electric in the bathroom .

If they were only there a month you could re-rent easy with little to no turnover renovation.

Yeah they have done a super good job up here and the local projects might make the prices go up some but it seems like a decent place for some long term rentals. 

I want to hear some stories on how other people got started and how easy/difficult it was.

He knows his stuff and is really good at making IG videos: his brand is a very clever mix of being super humble, telling everyone profits are less than you think and then flashing some fat $$ he made by selling to his investors.

You sound super motivated, I am excited for you! 

So, if you have 10 units and you are going to pay $1,500 a month and you are working on an active income job, too, this is an easy switch due to the labor mentally and physically (even if it is just phone calls) to get these rentals running as a well-oiled machine.  

But, I'm sure that a long term thesis, grounded in fundamentals, will do super well in NYC.
