Hi All - I have worked in banking for much of my career but would like to possibly transition to a role in property management or facility operations. 

@Andrew Tinnon If you're planning to make a career out of this like it sounds, make the time and get your license.

Id make sure that what is being planted is suitable for the conditions regardless of who installs it.    

As I matured in my career I have expanded my lender network and product line with the goal of carrying a very wide variety mortgage products at the best rates.

I had NO CLUE what I was doing when I got this property under contract, but I knew in my gut I had something AWESOME that could change the trajectory of my life & real estate experience & career.
