I previously used free services like Cozy (before merging with Apartments.com) and Rentler ( before merging with another company and charging fees for ACH payments) but now I use them as an all-in-one PM solution for the most part.

So unfortunately, as you scale, finding creative solutions like my colleagues above have suggested will be the name of the game. 

But the solution to this whole Spam argument is actually really simple.

There probably is some problem with this, but I am just unsure what it is and if there is a solution to it.

At this point we are not able to find a solution except that we need to hire a lawyer which will add to the cost.

In short I want to know ways that you have made deals like this work and/or any creative solutions for keeping a tenant in place.
