I believe in this so strongly that I have even once confronted a large advertising client about this issue when I discovered they had language to this effect in their terms of use in the past, and asked them to change their policy, at risk of material revenue loss to our company.

It was initially looking like we were making progress but it appears the project is stalled for the past 2.5 months.  

It's a relationship game more than anything, so if you're building strong relationships with them and providing a consistent product, you'll be golden.

So, we found a California based lender that we started working with, and got our initial approval with a few conditions (documents etc.) that they need, no big hurdles. 

The demand for rentals remains strong, and with tenant-occupied properties, the risk of vacancies is relatively low.

I did work for a commercial real estate investor prior to jumping into syndication, so that gave me a strong knowledge base to start with.

Having a property manager would alleviate the initial call but not the actual event or my need to deal with it.

Based on my initial analysis, I get the sense that BRRRs are still quite viable in the three Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus.

The tourism demand is strong year-round, especially in beach towns like Panama City Beach or Destin.
