Apparently this GM and his crew didn't put down painters blankets or sheets to catch the old window's glass when it was broken out in order to install the new double pane windows. 

I could see that being a fairly big strain on your relationship though.

About 8 of the panes on different windows have some "fog" in them.

If the service panel is the original, it is most likely a 100 amp panel.
