Fast forward 20 years: I now have money in the bank, excellent credit, live modestly on my own, and run a business that’s doing well.Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to save much for retirement during most of my life.

So if you are in a 30% combined tax bracket you get an additional $3K due to write offs.If it is a rental, you can write off the business expenses and the depreciation on the non land valuation. 

If I'm staying one night somewhere, a quick business trip or something into Denver to show clients homes, a hotel is my choice.

Do you know investors who have done business in Oklahoma? 

I was told by a friend that his dad who runs an appliance business has "keys to every type of washer/dryer coin box".

I know I would get bored with not having a job or business to do lol

We have several vendor business members in the title space that are very investor friendly.

Some go out of business.
