I got a couple low paying jobs to meet my monthly needs in terms of paying bills then eventually I got into coaching soccer full time which pays me a good dollar amount per hour and affording me tons of time to learn RE, Network and Drive for dollars to scope out properties and get a feel for markets. 

I am currently a physical education teacher and soccer and basketball coach.

I have to work because its just the type of person I am, but I'd rather manage properties and maybe coach youth soccer than work a 9-5 because that doesn't interest me.So as you can see, my goal, timeline, and vehicle is very specific.

We both coach high school soccer and have 2 kids under the age of 2 that we just started fostering about 6 months ago.

Hi Rick, you want to talk to doctors and dentists and business people in your sphere of influence ( friends, family, church, soccer team) that want to invest to make 6% to 7% safely on their money.

As in professional soccer, players are not paid the same.

remember who are your clients If your doing resi work its mom and pops who have 8 to 5 Monday through Friday weekends off generally. so new agent just is torn with family duty and wife wants him home at 6 to help with dinner and kids .. needs to go to weekend soccer games and other family activities.. its a HUGE sacrifice to do this business and unless you have that talk with your significant other its a hard go.
