If My house sold for 550k is it a good starter to use the money for flipping and rehabbing. 2) am in Los Angeles county and houses in my area are kind of expensive too because housing market soar high.

The interest they are making off you is something you probably don't want to carry with you when you move to Florida because the cost of living is lower here but generally so are the salaries.

We do not like the busier islands like Thomas and John and some people do not either, so are creating a niche market to attract individuals that are not coming for tourism, but to be more embraced with the local culture and get away from the tourism heavy/city environments.Our vacation home will be done in 5 month, PM if you would like to come stay and see what is going on in STX.
