I think these heat pumps are way oversold (in the northern climate), and its just really electric heat at the worse time when you need efficient heating.For rentals, I don't agree with the sentiments of passing the costs to the tenants is good practice.

I agree with the sentiment here. 1) The purpose of allowing pets in your rental is to increase the pool of applicants, which allows you to either/both charge more rent, or have better qualified applicants. 2) You absolutely can't allow dogs that will void your insurance policy, or will not be covered by your insurance policy.

I was going to buy the movie tickets in a couple of weeks and start setting up visits shortly after but if there are ideas that are much better I will go with them.BTW, for any complaining about Christmas coming too early and other bah humbug sentiments, I sing in a church choir and we are rehearsing Christmas music now and have been for a couple of weeks.
