I'm an architect and work in the tech department of a giant construction management firm, think 1M sq ft industrial/commercial projects and the only thing I can guess that you are referring to is a 3d laser scan, which is way to cost prohibitive to do for flipping/remodeling.

And maybe add a pic ;) 

I also haven't gotten around to choosing a profile pic...sorry again.

Ill try and post pics when project is finished and would like everyones input.

Just looked at pics again...skip gel stain.

One of them is out job and their child (with pics) had a medical issue and undergone surgery so I was bound to be more understanding .  

I know the area it' in and think would be a great buy even though I didn't see any pics or know the exact address. 

Any before/after pics?

I might be best off just Photoshopping it's pics than buying anything new.

So yes you can look at the properties it gives you in that, but you need to see interior pics and probably drive by.
