All that said, do you know anything about the rumor I’m hearing of the ability to transfer the full listing to another name?

I've heard rumor that there's some discussion among Town Council as to how to address that, but for now there really aren't a lot of these unless they've been grandfathered in.

At least here in LA the information (or rumor) was that airbnb made this deal last year with the city in exchange for the june 2016 ordinance/project which made STR "semi-legal" or "less illegal".
