We love Ojai and did 2-3 retreats their annually since 2015.

5 Bedroom is large, but we get a lot of golf retreats, charter fishing, etc where there may 6 guys coming wanting their own room each. 

The last property I had treated was about $500 and the "bond" was about $125 a year. in 8 years I could just have the property retreated and would have saved hundreds.
