Just noticed Will's comment...I think when interest rates are already so low, that the cuts the Fed have made are intended a psychological warm glass of milk for the markets, but will have a negligable economic impact.

I can agree to payment plans with all my tenants except those that drive diesel cars, believe the earth is flat, or think dark chocolate is better than milk chocolate.

Those that felt the need to hoard that item (no idea why) already did and soon the stores will be stocked and a lot of people have a 4 year supply so won't be buying more soon...Probably the same with cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, bread, milk, eggs, flour and some of the other "empty shelf" items.

@Natalie Cloutier Thanks for sharing your email, I want to communicate with my tenants that there is help and understanding available...but at the same time I don't want to give them ideas that I'm prepared to wheel and deal with them and open up a door that they can milk.

Then provide them resources for unemployment or other hiring companies like the super markets.I know a few of my tenants will milk the situation as long as possible, but others are still getting pay checks, and a few that have trust payments and other various fixed incomes, that I am counting on actually paying.Any insights or ideas are welcomed!
