I spent the last 1/3 of the book in fact discussing 7 different paths to get into commercial real estate investing and this was one of them. 

He then passed that information on to Homeroom on my behalf, which made this all possible.I'm so pleased with the property I landed, and pleased to have made it this far in my RE journey.

If it's to a strong borrower and they just want to invest their proceeds, then its fine.
