Good luck in your pursuit!

Hey, everybody...I sort of tripped into the world of virtual real estate investment, and my imagination has been sparked like no other pursuit I've ever engaged in, and my thirst to make a great living in this gigantic marketplace of opportunity is driving me to reach out and find whatever resources I can lay my hands on.

Liquidity equals staying power and you don't want to give up every spare bit of it in pursuit of a quicker debt payoff IMO.  

There is actually a whole chapter dedicated to the importance of credit and how to improve your credit score, including the "credit pursuit strategy".

Congrats, @Elihu Bogan for success in pursuit of your early goals.

However in summer of 2016 I will be moving down to North Atlanta to begin investing there.Best of luck with your pursuit of knowledge and potentially a investment.

I have removed myself from a lot of my other social circles (which otherwise do nothing for the betterment of my life and goals)).Finding one of these mastermind groups is a worthwhile pursuit. 

At these rates, it's clear that a guru's motivation is not some altruistic pie-in-the-sky desire to pass on wisdom (not to disparage the pursuit of profits, after all this is why we are all here).

We flipped homes for a few years then got into building homes up until 2007, then tried some other pursuits but we found real estate is our passion so we are jumping back in.  

This makes real estate a worthwhile pursuit, even if you're only here for a year, in my humble opinion.We'll briefly touch on "managing from afar" in our next Avid Investors meeting "Management Matters."
