Hi Napat,Make sure you are comparing Apples to Apples.For instance is the Contractor going to use Owens Corning Synthetic Underlayment, or X mil plastic sheeting or tar paper, or nothing because he believes (for instance) hail damage is less with nothing under the shingles, and the Ownes Corning guy is going to use the Owens Corning Synthetic Underlayment (???)

They should know the risk of damaging personal property and instruct the Tenant to move their belongings out of the way or cover things with plastic.

Although I find it hard to fathom that an inspector is looking for the state approved stamps a lot of times they would have to take the fixture out to see it.Where I learned all this is a shower pan in a flip in PDX.. the buyer of the home was over 400 lbs and he cracked the brand new plastic shower pan.. upon taking it out..
