Screens on Rental Property

I'm interested in purchasing a home to rent out. There currently are no screens on any window's or doors the house has working AC. Back patio is screened in but has holes and is need of repairs. As a landlord am I required by Florida to install screens on the house and repair the back patio prior to renting the house out?
