Why doesn't a plumber run a camera into the drain and pinpoint where the break/leak is before you bust up and slab or start digging in the yard? 

The first option is cheaper but unless your foundation guys can pin-point exactly where the failure occurred you have a change of it happening again.

The lights worked for a bit but they were unable to pin point the exact cause.

I havent been able to pinpoint much clarity around this and didnt know if a 1031 would interfere with the capital gains of selling a primary residence or vice versa.

If you can pinpoint where the down turn will be, then you are in the right city (betting term) to invest.Also, the reason I invested in LV is because I got tired of losing at casinos, and tried real estate instead.Terry

Since it's shared, I can't pinpoint who it was who flushed the cat litter/paper towels/ big wads of Charmin, etc. 

You would do better if you could pinpoint your intended 60 day targets. 

All of my investments now are to pinpoint a particular NOI that i'm looking for long term.
