~What good is an NDNC if you don't have the financing to either peruse or pursue an antitrust suit?

I've already learned quite a bit just in the few days I've been perusing the forums.

Since there has been much discussion on this site already regarding investing and holding a real estate agent license, I collected some of those threads here for you to peruse, and to help you decide.

I have great contacts/network to make deals happen for both the lender and the borrower and just recently decided to peruse brokering as a full-time job instead of telling investors "I know this private lender, here is his number, call him and see what he can do for you" I am looking forward to reading post and learning from seasoned investors, lenders, and all others who post on this site!

I'm actively perusing a couple of apartments as well.My intention with the office space is to hold it for 5 years, develop the property and then 1031 exchange into something else.

I tend to visit the forums, the BP Blog and peruse the member blogs from time to time.

I tracked down a few links to peruse.

I will not peruse an owner occupant loan with the intent to rent.

I do plan to use a real estate attorney to peruse all pertinent real estate documents during escrow, after I've got an accepted offer.I appreciate any insight anyone might have!

But I feel bad when I am gone all the time and she is passive aggressive so keeps her mouth shut...but I know how she is feeling.We are also at a breaking point, and in complete honesty, I want to peruse my dreams.
