I have great contacts/network to make deals happen for both the lender and the borrower and just recently decided to peruse brokering as a full-time job instead of telling investors "I know this private lender, here is his number, call him and see what he can do for you" I am looking forward to reading post and learning from seasoned investors, lenders, and all others who post on this site!
