Are you being compensated to do the management if there are partners/family members involved?

I’m also from the US so I follow that market and am soon to be involved with a couple of exciting projects in Seattle & San Diego

Has anyone out there been involved in something similar or have ideas on how I can move forward with this?

Pete area and am very involved in the market here, especially in analyzing rental properties. 

High borrowing costs right now, so have to look at what you're able to produce vs the borrowing cost. 1031ing can be a super powerful strategy, but there are time constraints involved.

Put in the effort, build relationships, prove your value, and improve your odds of finding someone to help launch you on your path.

I’d prefer less outsourcing on behalf of the banks and fewer web portals/ apps/ servicing companies because in my experience the more entities involved the more glitches, so adding a VA and another layer of software to the mix doesn’t sound inviting.

Pros include securing the desired property and strategic planning, while cons involve higher costs, financing challenges, and complexity.

I'm an LP in a Syndication where DLP is also involved. 

It's odd but happens from time to time and usually when that's the case, it just needs more time.
