Also, not very easy to use typical methods of valuation like comparable sales - there is no public tax assessor's website that you can just freely grab this from. 

I will move forward with my journey and just follow the positive people in this group that is amazing.I get the Ra RA Ra stuff.. just sometimes reality comes into play.. and its sad to see people run down these rabbit holes.. when those with decades of experience in the industry know better.. just trying to give both sides..   

There are many ways to take this journey from here however we realized our best way is getting outside investors to come in and help us purchase the property, then give them a fixed % over a period of time or even equity.If anyone has been in this position before, what's another creative way we can scale?

It can be a bit of a juggling act, but it’s a method some investors use to grow their portfolio without waiting years for equity to build.I guess what I'm saying is, it's not just about waiting.. it's about finding creative ways to leverage what you already have.

I feel direct mail is another great method.
