The people are super friendly, the winters get down to maybe the 40s but that only lasts untill the sun comes up and then its right at 60, hardly ever snows and when it does its 2 inches that fall over night or early morning and is melted away by noon.

Boone and I have had the same issues ( lack of transparency) but she is not alone in trying to drum up business semi subliminally most of the turn key guys do it if not all of them just in different ways.I think I can speak to this pretty well.Turnkey is not BRRR they are two very different things.... and prior to the 08 melt down 90% of turn key went like thisLA based marketing company  be it Real wealth  Mike Harris  Vertucci  Jay and Bill in San Deigo.. they were all my clients.....

@Scott Meyers  thanks Scott was just wondering if you were locking into some specific stat.being CA native its about on cue that every 10 years or the market does a swoon.. then comes roaring back.I look at my business life in CA.. mid to late 70s recession  with the war ending.mid 80s interest rates at 20% plus SL melt downfor us late 80s was induced by Earthquake and the war in Iraqthen dot com bubble burst.. but that was short lived.then the Mother of them all the GFCSo when I think of these that personally affected me and my business they all had different trigger points.With a lot of it simply being media and consumer confidence and people following the herd.

I liked the inspections to.. they went through in a day.. just run through sample apartments.. not proctorial exams like what happens on sfr s  OK down to the gym  have a great rest of the weekend... we have a heat wave out our way 100 plus today ... locals are melting.

only way things would get a lot cheaper is if rents crashed and no one is predicting that.I see all those sitting on the sidelines waiting for things to melt down again.. in the meantime we are crushing it... :)
