Another way of saying anonymity is likely not going to help much anyway when dealing with this minority plaintiff attorney you hope not to encounter and most never will.I believe the second half of this post really speaks to the mechanisms and practicalities of litigation and should point to how you should operate your business to avoid such claims from arising but if they do, what should be done through your day to day operations to mitigate your personal and business exposure.

I would not write any kind of eviction or ejection notice as you will be setting urself up for failure on getting person removed.

The wholesaler probably doesn’t believe the deal will close, just wants a contract from you and sellers failure to sell as agreed so he could establish the lost profit due to seller’s non performance and sue for the $15k differential which is easier to win rather than specific performance.

Oh boy.. and just watched the big short yesterday... how soon we all forget@Marco Santarelli  I see this going right back to what got the industry into trouble last go around owners with little or no cash into deals.. especially lower end tough to manage properties.. just because they can get low down they Better Have substantial reserves. this model created a lot of failures from owners ...
