I got mine through a run in at a grocery store, the lady had 200+ homes, it took about a year to get the list of homes together and I assigned packages of 10 to buyers, that took about 9 months.

Lady bought it for a song, and once it was dug up, it was like 10k to fix.

I was having a conversation with a lady I just met about real estate.

The plumber opened up three walls, never called the management company, finished the job in less then 5 hours, charged my unsuspecting tenant, an older lady, whooping $2400 (about $500 per hour) and left. 

the lady I talked to said it counts against you when you do something like going from an IT professional to say something like auto mechanic because you're changing fields.

Ideal situation Old lady 78 years old had hip replacement and want to sell everything. 4 properties 3 multi family Properties and a Single family property.

@Nancy Zhao I am wondering more about how much the SC taxes would be if we live-in flip vs. being a sole proprietor after we sell.

However...A lady(savy) looked up my Llc, found my name and number and is making me a purchase offer.
