Call them back several times in, say, 2 week intervals - before you give up on that lead.

I set them up every 3 months to start and if the tenant passed with flying colors, meaning that the place was clean and there was no sign of ongoing damage (like dogs scratching at the doors) then I made the interval longer.  

The number of cells is also affected by external factors such as fetal environment, nutrition of the pregnant mother and the conditions of the fetus growth.

It was up to me to make sure my scope was better developed and in the future, I will make sure written budget updates are provided at regular intervals to make sure there are no surprises.

Albeit it is not as much of value to me as a buyer living within 20min (judicious time interval), it is a huge advantage as an investor.

After that, hire someone for $10/hr to go down there at some regular interval (once a week, month) and update your list.
