Granted if I have anyone my subs contact info my subs would charge them more then they charge me anyway so they’re actually probably better off just going through me.As a GC and investor I feel as though it’s a gray area as to what I give away for free ans what I charge.

Hi @Chauncy Gray,It looks like you left a 0 off your ARV, it is showing on the report as $13,990, I am assuming it was to be $139,900 (the same as the purchase price since no repairs were provided for in the calc).Hope that helps!
