@Tanner Davis If you want to pursue either a fix/flip or BRRRR strategy, it sounds like you might need to find a partner/investor that knows you well and believes enough in you as a person to invest money in a project.

It’s too much to explain, just not worth it… Invest in America, vacation/live in Europe…While Europe might not have worked for some, it offers incredible opportunities depending on the market and strategy.As someone living in Europe, specifically the Netherlands, I’ve found house flipping here to be a strong investment avenue, especially with the high demand for housing.

And many times the houses were not touched.. so sweat equity.there were companies in Texas that would prey on non English speakers.. they trolled BP a few years back.
