Contractor and employees kicked up 50 times more dust than little ol' me.

But like with any company, you have outstanding employees and you have those that are so so.  

I think you are confusing mark-up with what a company charges for use of their employees per hour.

You cannot have any full time employees with that business or any business you own. 

Tarrant county is so overlooked by landlord investors but it seems the list of large companies building large facilities with lots of employees on the Fort Worth side is never-ending.

The frame goes down the line, seats are added, wiring harnesses, doors, etc. 

I assume, with proper management, you could keep employees around and lower the risk of employee turnover.
