How much would I have to pay you to pack up everything on your house, find a new place to live, move all the utilities, pay a new security deposit fight for the old one back, etc etc etc.

I started doing that on my properties years ago when I had an incident when a mortgage company did not pay my property taxes, even though I was paying through escrow, and I had to make the payment myself and fight to get it back to me later to avoid a tax lien on a property.

Just wondering if property owners here retain property tax consultants or attorneys to help fight increased assessments, classification changes, or other issues with their property?
