No high-end finishes, nothing fancy.

They've been dressed up over the years with new roofs, vinyl sizing, replacement windows, etc. but it doesn't change that they're structurally inferior to conventional stick-built houses of the same age in other areas.

Flipping to me is a fancy word to use remodeling/construction, in most cases LLC with S corp election would be most beneficial for tax purposes.

In a decent neighborhood, single family homes (like a 3/2 - nothing fancy) will run you $800k+.

Is it a legit useful even of just show up of fancy presenters?!

This client and most of his team are the exception to this and are actually quite good, though there were other gov people I had to deal with when I was there before that made me wonder how they managed to dress themselves every day.

I get to see what they drive , how they dress , talk to them in person .

Buy some for dirt cheap off CL, they don't need to be fancy, just work and provide cool air.     

I do like the idea of replace all the post with white wood post or dress them in fypon for an updated look.

I just haul it to the dump and tell them to sue me if they don't like it.. because I have all my fancy trusts series LLC and other asset protection set up so no one can get a judgement from me anyway.I would think there is not enough storage units to go around if every actually stored this junk.. and or this is a nichestart a haul off storage for landlords and PMs  one call does it all.. haul it to your storage charge the landlord the haul off and the storage.. that seems like a nice additional profit center for an enterprising PM company .. and your just following the letter of the law which as a broker you probably have to do .. me I don't care I can hold my own against a dead beat tenant..
