Hi.I'm still in my first year as a STR owner, and I'm going to start taking bookings for next spring/summer/fall for our lake house.  

They anticipate small increases; these are always less that CPI so unless a landlord here is willing to go to the expense of petitioning the board the rents will in time always fall significantly below market value.

So that only leaves a very small window of tourist enjoyment in the early spring and of course fall.

This will likely be part of a 1031 exchange, with plans to purchase by spring or summer 2025, before the fall semester.Thank you!
