It's my understanding that Sharia loans are that way because charging interest is forbidden as its exploitative, but if you are a knowledgeable and savvy investor, maybe its not exploitative?

With loan constants in the 5s even with ridiculously low financing rates it is still hard to get positive cash flow from SFR rental property absent beefy down payments.There are 3 other valuable profits centers from real estate to exploit without looking just at cash flow.
