In other words if they are all acceptable places from an investing point of view, change your perspective and look at the other things they have to offer. 

You can legally change or cancel a contract if all parties agree.

Booking.com fidnt blink at my decline now 3 weeks later, they tried to cancel again claiming their dates change and they couldn't make it.

I would personally not copy and change other people's 'intellectual property'.

Now more than ever, I am seeing offers required to be submitted through a portal where the listing agents want no business being involved with up front negotiations.

(For example, when I confirm a booking, I repeat all the disclosed guests and dogs or put in "zero dogs" and request any changes to those details be made in writing in advance so everyone is clear.)

BTW, I've been trying to post this for several days (ever since the article in WaPo came out).

I never recommend flipping - something as a slight change in the interest rate markets can completely turn your flip upside down.
