I am new to the idea of investing and have been looking into the possibility of purchasing land in Joshua Tree near the entrance to the park, not too far off from Coachella.

My plumber is out the country but told me my main sewage is backed up when I showed him the mini flood in my basement entrance.

The house is in good repair (this is my first rental property) and I take care of issues promptly like the washer that broke, I bought a new one, I changed the toilet when it stopped working, I paid a roofer to put a new roof on, I paid a mason to repair the front entrance stairs.

Headaches- people parking at the entrance, parking in the driveways,hitting bollards, bad reviews don’t flow over to Storage, etc.

We also added a "airbnb" suite with it's own exterior entrance, kitchenette and bathroom.

It is technically a single family home but built in a unique way to where 3 sections of the house have there own exterior entrance, kitchen, private bathroom/bedrooms.
