@Ori Skloot unfortunately, no one will be able to tell you whether you are paying too much because no one will openly disclose exactly what they had going on.$4,200 seems high but I don't know what was included in the scope of work.

We put a two week funding approval clause in our contracts that allows some time to market the deal, as well as give us time to renegotiate if there's a lien or title problem that was not disclosed to us from the seller.
