They all have various degrees of accounting functions, but most are cash-based accounting.A CRM software, like Monday, is usually stacked "on top" PMC software to synch and add automation options.QuickBooks is then synched to the PMC software to give greater accounting flexibility for transactions other than lease-related and allow accrual-based accounting.We use a PMC software Propertyware and a CRM software, but stopped using QuickBooks over a decade ago as was too redundant.

These were not beginning investors, both had decades in the business and had very comfortable lifestyles.

That place has boomed over the last decade very similarly to Atlanta!  

I figured it out in my market decades ago.

I believe the price fluctuation over the last decade has been 10% +/-.  

I've been working for the same company for nearly two decades, but I was recently laid off.

Been around for decades. 

S&P historically is near 10% return but for last decade is near 12%.  

I still get phone calls and letters regularly for properties I sold more than a decade ago.I always offer to sell them again, but am straight-forward that I no longer own the property.
