It's a nice, light grey color.  

Can it work though, yes, but have some skin in the game.

Both were a grey wood look plank and were easy to match in color and texture.

If the tenant reports to the city that the space isn't properly vented/heated/cooled or the right color (just joking on that one) you will probably end up with a visit from an inspector.Thank you for the helpful reply!

I tend to suggest Rotomolded, they're more durable and less expensive, without all the fancy jets and colors.

@James Edward add some color, because that certainly hasn’t been the case for most.

However, I think if you decide to do this, you should get some money up front combined with owner financing so you have some skin in the game so to speak.

It's also old because the color has turned grayish or brownish already.

Having real skin in the game is a major incentive to do the best thing for investors in a downside situation.
