I'm an investor with a couple properties as well as a CPA. 

They claim to charge in the "high 4 figures" - one web source says it's $4800 - to join their group and get access to their network and resources.  

Estate Legal USA or Estate Legal Network is definitely a scam.

The main advice I would recommend is to begin networking.

Start with networking, go to all events you can and follow up with who you meet.

Looking for some advice and possibly network opportunities.

In our case, we used our CPA, who creates SD 401(k) plans for his clients, though I’m sure he obtains the boilerplate from a facilitator.
