I attended a Jerryll Noordan video call just this morning and I left the call feeling totally mislead and concerned about the integrity of the marketing tactics being used to draw investors like us to the video sales calls.I was on Facebook last night and, for the first time, saw Jerryll's ad and clicked on it.

I've got a duplex built in 1888, and have a couple of cold rooms, upon inspecting the basement, there is no insulation under the floor of these rooms.

I hired Jenny Yi to design our latest STR in person, she demanded that I pay the full amount of her services upfront, $7,500, which I thought was strange as we are used to paying half upfront and half once it's completed, but proceeded anyway because a couple of people recommended her.

I got my GC license a couple years ago so I could build houses myself as I was sick of dealing with contractors.I've hired plenty of contractors that were not licensed/insured and it went fine.

We focused on where we went wrong with the first couple of homes we purchased.

Called in a couple of times and had my question answered there.

I did not attend the 3 day class, but purchased the self paced virtual version with the mind set that even if I only learned the how, it would be worth the spend long term.

If this is consistent and/or the first couple months with them, highly recommend switching PMs.

In addition, there will be a ton of high school seniors coming to campus Jan-March to tour campus etc to decide if they would like to attend etc.
