I always wanted to deal with those right there and closest to the action.Lastly take care not to get sucked into war zone's because they look good on paper.. the absolute highest advertised returns need to be vetted well so your not investing in a troubled area.To that end I wrote a little e book about the do's and don'ts  no  recommendation of markets or companies.. but 20 years of experience on the little things that you want to look out for when your buying out of state..... drop me a PM and I will shoot it over to youGood luck with your search I hope you find some good properties.

@Joe Villeneuve   its funny I never heard of BP  so I spent 3 years on the Aussie forums and got somewhat of a rep I have been helping many of these folks almost weekly... there was some bad actors preying on these people. that's why I wrote my E book the do's and don'ts..Again thank you so much for jumping in..
