I own 11 properties currently and I have only sold 1 in the past because it was a condo with a fraud HOA company.

Typically companies like this actually want stuff like this reported so they can see if its a bug or what is going on with their system.

Maybe consider getting a p.m. company that would do some boots on the ground and some research for you to find out what some of these issues could be because you are not close to the residence in the location, unless you can do some research yourself online, or consult with the historical Society of the area, look things up at the library, there are lots of different ways that you could start this process, but my point being that you may end up losing more money in the long run.

Ike, there are plenty of great property management companies in Atlanta but you still have to check behind them.

Your property management company can help once you own the property but up until then you need someone good on your side!!!

Yes, just like you claim depreciation on the use of your property, any company including an insurance company claim depreciation when they pay for your damage.

We've always hired a tax protest company and have done so in three different states.
