Why don't you simply file a grievance with the real estate commission?

Do NOT depend on an agent for this list and most of them are clueless or worse, they think you can just ask the seller for them - after the agent coincidently gets their commission check.DM us if you want extremely great assistance:)

If a seller has a very low interest rate and the buyer can pay more than what it is worth and have no realtor commission, so more goes to the sellers pocket.Subject to has been around for decades. 

Hi, wondering if you are entitled to commission for a property and you are the buyer representing yourself, do you get the commission in time to use it toward your closing costs?

Additionally, repair costs (if any),  all closing costs are covered by the buyer, and there is no commission!

You both end up with property held in an LLC without losing money on agent commissions, taxes, etc.

Imagine you sold for $10.5M, paid $500k in commissions and closing costs.

I'm looking at roughly $100k net after commissions and capital gains.We may turn over to a property management company but it costs 8% off the double and probably double the repair budget since you use their guys. 

The realtor then wrote in 3% sellers commission...

The listing agent may be more understanding.Would the listing agent get all 6% commission?
