She has an autistic child.

On my end, probably >70% of the time veterans receiving disability benefits, and single women receiving alimony or child support, who are applying for a mortgage, will not tell me about those income sources unless I specifically ask.

This is my first bad experience with an HOA in 5 years.I rented out one of my condos to someone who has a child. 

We just welcomed our first child into this world this past March and we would love to teach him that traditional ways of earning money are not necessarily the best ways of earning money.We're looking forward to connecting with others and hopefully adding value where we can.

As to them having custody of a grandchild, that makes it so much more complicated, hopefully someone else can step in and help with the child during this time of their lives. 

The small child got into them, allergic reaction, hospital stay, law suit and now she is out of  buisness.

File a report with child welfare and you may get lucky. 

I find some will not help their kids with collage thinking the child should pay for it themselves.. myself that was one of my highlights paying for my kids collage and setting them upon the world with no debt after school..

I'm thinking about a family syndication that would allow the parents (my parents and their siblings) help secure homes for their children (me and my siblings/cousins) while giving the parents an investment return.My thought is, someone like me or my cousins do not have the capital built up to get a loan from a bank that does not include PMI so offering the "syndicate LLC" a higher return on investment for a short period of time while allowing the child better leverage to grab a house with the cash that the syndicate provides. 

Drug dealing 4 times , assault and battery 2 times , domestic violence 4 times , IRS lien over 10K ,  failure to pay child support 10 times , and only 1 Failure to pay rent .
