I'm going to stop in the Assessor's office and pour on the charm to see if I can get an answer I feel has some credibility. 

It has a lot of the same charm as Kenwood (red brick streets, etc), but is several years behind Kenwood in terms of value (and potential). 

Keep in mind Decatur encompasses City of Decatur (30030) which is separate from unincorporated DeKalb 30030 + Decatur includes 30032, 30033 and 30034, all very different Decaturs with varying degrees of appreciation and definitely price points

If I had a transaction coordinator or higher volume I might consider subscribing to some sort of more all-encompassing system, but that's not the case right now.I do integrate LionDesk with other lead sites such as ListingsToLeads.com, but I haven't even considered my MLS integration.

@Joe Splitrock   off to a new state they go  :)when I was running my HML shop I used an accurant product that was a fraud detection worked like a charm put in info they fill in on app.. if public records and utl bills don't jive you get a red flag back took about 60 seconds to compute. 

I have seen regulators do strange things but if any regulator even proposed expanding their guidance to encompass credit decisions, the pushback even within HUD, not to mention FHFA and the Enterprises because of establishing a very dangerous precedent would be so swift that I doubt anyone would even know of such a proposal before it was quietly killed internally.Even Liz Warren isn't that out of touch. 

Works like a charm, but it begins with you creating value for them.

Ive done almost a half a billion in mortgage volume encompassing all 50 states. 

It's a fantastic location and the place oozes with charm.

Besides, those numbers are not particularly accurate for most neighborhoods "around Prospect Park", which by the way, encompasses a lot of different neighborhoods, ranging from Park Slope to Flatbush, which are going to be VERY different in price point.
