Can he pay that?

Can he get a license and be my listing agent when we sell and make 3 percent on sale price?

Or can he transfer the title to my LLC without triggering "due on sale"?

If I take him to court can he prove this ever took place?

We really mostly need tools to render data well and something that has nice canned reporting features for tracking procurement of leads, CAC, etc.

Hi,one of my investor would like to invest from his LLC, his question was if he gets negative K1 at the end of the year on his LLC name, can he take the losses on his personal tax returns. 

Step 3: As he still works right now, can he take a mortgage and depending on what and if he owns any housing, can he buy a multiunit property with a 3.5% down, owner-occupied, FHA loan so he lives in a unit and rent the others to live for free?

In this case my Father in law would be with us as a co-owner can he alone satisfy occupancy or say we were partnering with another investor could the partner fulfill ocupancy?
