I've read many of the BiggerPockets books like - House Hacking- Flipping- Estimating Rehabs- Multifamily Millionaire Book I and II- How to Invest in Real Estate with Low or No Money Down- Investing from a Distanceand even some outside of themand have been wanting to do something in Real Estate for awhile.

You've been sold by podcasts/books/vlogs that real estate can make you rich over night and it's passive.

Your best teacher will be experience and that can't come from books and formulas. 

They are the best thing to add to your own personal knowledge, books, and podcasts out there.

I’m more a fan of Boone rather than Asheville (in NC speak) - the smaller, more authentic mountain experience rather than the touristy mountain regions.

I have been reading books and listening to podcasts for almost a year now and I know I need to take action. 

Then you can read a more in-depth book like The Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner or The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing by Spencer Strauss.2.

thats far more than you will make starting out as an agent.. but once you get stateside and if you are successful at Commerical RE  takes 5 to 10 years to build your book.. then big income is a reality..
