Things can change quickly and you need to make sure you have a good working relationship with the provider - NOT the promoter - if you want to have a successful passive investment experience.I'm going to be in the San Fran/San Jose area mid February meeting with and even hosting a couple of small investor group sessions.

If the college(s) are not receptive there maybe a couple frustrated chefs out there who would enjoy putting a course together & charge enough tuition to cover your o/head.The training sessions could offer nights when meals are open to the public (at a cost in keeping with covering costs) & if it's anything like a couple of local colleges are doing around here it will be booked for several weeks in advance.

She really wants me to attend Rich Dad Poor Dad sessions, but I'm wary about spending money on something like that when I can learn it in other ways (I'm pretty good about self-education).But come the end of the year, I should have enough to be able to move on my options above if I want to.

And I love the hands-on healing aspect of massage, but physically can only perform a limited number of sessions (no leverage of time), while also running the risk of wearing myself down physically or energetically.
